Fatigue: 4/10 - ready for the rest day tomorrow 🥳

Ease of terrain: 4/10 - some beastly steps today! Some sections were very muddy which made it hard going especially on the downhill .

Highlights - walking through Tenby and stopping for some food and to get me some new sunglasses 🕶

Getting to Bluestone and checking in, hot shower 🚿 , doing yin yoga and getting into a big bed 🛏 🥳

Challenges - the terrain today… I think what happened is - my mind 🧠knew that we were going to be stopping soon for some R&R and it gave a signal to my body that it could relax and so it made today a lot harder than it should’ve been.

Wifi here isn’t the best 😩
